Overview
This course combines the two most transformative teachings I have ever come
across; Living in the Heart, and Gnosis. From my independent studies of
both of these teachings, I found a deep correlation that greatly deepens the
effectiveness and profound effect of both teachings.
| Living in the Heart
Although originally only available to graduates of the Flower of Life
workshop, I now feel that this meditation is too important to be restricted to
only those who have done this workshop. Although the two techniques
greatly compliment each other, it is now up to you whether to do both, and in
which order you choose to do them.
This is a most profound meditation allowing you to manifest from the
non-dualistic place of your heart, merge with other people's heart space, and
even enter the body of another human being! (with their permission of course).
There is literally a whole world of possibilities, new guides, new teachings
as well as your personal connection with God. This is my default
meditation whenever I am not in the void.

| Gnosis- as taught by Boris Mouravieff
This is a series of involved and profound teachings based on ancient Slavic
texts. Everything from the nature of our physical universe, the
energetic structure of the cosmos, as well as how to actually awaken, is
covered in these in depth teachings.
Although there is far too much information within the Gnosis teachings to be
covered in a single weekend, a thorough and in depth introduction is given in
this course, along with all the techniques you need to begin your own path of
awakening.
Optional weekly meditation nights are also offered, for those wishing to study
this profound and life-changing material in more depth.

| Gnosis AND Living in the Heart
Through studying both of these teachings, I came across a curious link between
these two teachings - a natural way to use both techniques to advance and
accelerate the beneficial effects of both of them.
i originally came across this correspondence by accident, but once I
discovered it, it made me realise both how far untainted the origins of these
teachings are, as well as how profound they both truly are.

| Greatly enhances the FOL material
Both the Merkaba and the Living in the Heart material were taught together in
ancient cultures, such as the Kogi. These two teachings greatly compliment
each other, deepening the profound effects of the material of each. |
