This page outlines different meditations you can try. They are written
at three different levels, beginners, intermediate, and advanced. Practice
each meditation at whichever level feels comfortable to you.
White Light Meditation:
 | Beginners:
Breathe into your body. Take a few minutes to feel yourself, feel your
physical body. Relax each muscle in your body, taking as long as you
like to do so. Quiet your mind, again taking as long a time as you need
to, to enter a meditative state.
Simply with your intention, bring down a column of white light. We use
white light as a symbol for pure and positive energy. Bring down this
column of energy into your physical body.
Expand the column of white light as much as you need to so that you sense that
it extends beyond your physical body. This is all done with intention.
White light is very cleansing. If you wish you can focus on an issue
that you are experiencing at the moment to specifically work on healing that.
Otherwise, relax into the general cleans and energize that the white light is
giving you.
When you are ready, gently return to the awareness of your physical body and
waking consciousness.

 | Intermediate:
Relax your body, entering a meditative state. Relax your body, calm
your mind.
Become aware of a lotus flower residing in your heart center. The center
most petals of this lotus flower are pure white flames of white light, so
bright that they cannot be individually distinguished.
Focus on this white light, and as you do so, the lotus flower expands and
lowers, encompassing your entire body and then your entire being in the
brilliance of this white light.
Bathe yourself in this brilliance of white light, knowing that it is burning
up any and all dross energy that no longer serves you, that you no longer need
or require. Focus on letting go of these energies and completely
immersing yourself in the brilliant white light.

 | Advanced:
Do the above meditation, ensuring to remain centered in your heart.
The innermost portion of this white beacon flame is an inter-dimensional
portal. To enter this portal and explore other dimensionalities, sense
yourself of your awareness shrinking into the cleansing brilliance.
As you become smaller and smaller, merging with the flame, you will step
through to another dimensionality or another aspect of this dimension.
Remain centered in your heart.
Be sure to ground yourself completely when you finish the meditation. |
Grounding Anchoring Meditation:
 | Beginners:
Breathe into your body. Take a few minutes to feel yourself, feel your
physical body. Relax each muscle in your body, taking as long as you
like to do so. Quiet your mind, again taking as long a time as you need
to, to enter a meditative state.
Remaining deeply aware of your body, also become aware of the Earth beneath
you. While remaining fully aware of your body, send a portion of your
body down into the Earth. Send this part of your awareness as deep as
you can into the Earth, while remaining connected to your physical body.
Allow yourself to bask in the comforting nurturing energies of Mother Earth,
for as long as you like, before returning to your physical body.

 | Intermediate:
Do the above meditation, and then when you are fully anchored into the Earth,
hold the intention of returning to Source; of gaining insight into your
origins before you came to planet Earth.
Hold this intention with as open mind as possible, and enjoy the experience.
Remain aware of the portion of your awareness anchored into Mother Earth.
Being so grounded will allow you to go further on this type of journey than
would otherwise be possible.
When you return, be sure to return all the way down to the portion of your
awareness anchored in the Earth, before settling back into your physical body.
Ensure all parts of your consciousness return to your physical body and that
you are grounded as you finish the meditation.

 | Advanced:
Do the above two meditations, and then at the end, hold the intention of
bringing back energy of benefit for the healing of Mother Earth.
You may bring back this energy through your awareness, return to your body and
have the energy channel through to your Crown chakra, and into the Earth, or
carry a blessing in your being back to your body. However this happens
is perfect for you.
When you return, be sure to return all the way down to the portion of your
awareness anchored in the Earth, before settling back into your physical body.
Ensure all parts of your consciousness return to your physical body and that
you are grounded as you finish the meditation.
