Overview
Addictive problems can take many forms from the obvious smoking, alcohol,
through to addictive behaviors, such as obsessive compulsive tendencies and
anxiety.
Although the causes of such behaviors can be many, and healing may not take
place within a single session, these deeper issues can still be healed, often in
4-6 sessions, if not less.
(I have successfully worked with a number of clients to heal addictions to
smoking and certain foods within a single session, but these results are not
typical)
| Healing the Root Cause
Often our addictive issues are a reflection of something that happened to us
when we were in childhood, although the link between the original event and
our unwanted behaviour may not be obvious.
Healing at this level is the first step to ensuring healing your addiction once and for all.

| Resolving Each Trigger
Although the addiction may have been caused by the original event,
often other events in our lives act as further triggers to compound our behaviour, further cementing the addiction.
Each of these triggers need to be healed to result in complete healing.

| Belief Change / Emotional Release
Using a combination of gentle emotional work and belief changes, all thoughts
and emotional blockages supporting your addictive behaviour can be released.
Once this has happened, there is no longer any need for the behaviour,
therefore you do not have any desire to engage in the addiction.
This is complete healing. |
