The Jeshua ExperimentRecently I have begun asking within my meditations, what I can do to wake up (as referred to in the Gnosis books). This page lists, so far, the answers I have received in response to that question. This is called an experiment as the information appears to come from a non-physical source.* It is also probably useful to know that I received each of these steps consecutively; that is I was not given the next step until I had integrated and committed to the preceding one. What Can I Do To Wake Up?1) Remember Yourself as Often as Possible. "Remembering Yourself" or constatating is outlined in Gnosis as well as 'In Search of the Miraculous'. Needless to say it is becoming aware of your body/being in addition to being aware of what else is happening around you. 2) Purify Your Life This instruction did not mean purify your life in terms of thinking that you can do some things that are less pure than others, but to align each portion of your life with the goal of waking up. For me this had to do with ensuring my "down time" or the time that I relax was purely for relaxation, and not as an avoidance mechanism for facing or feeling something. It also meant purify my diet so that my body has to spend less time detoxifying what I put into it, so that I have more energy to devote to "waking up." 3) Become Aware of the Back of Your Chakras This was a weird one, but it basically facilitated an energy activation at the back of my throat, which may relate to Daath within the Tree of Life. At this time I also became aware that by simply having a sincere desire to awaken, opens you to a range of energetic activations. Although I was less comfortable with the energy activations as they were not something I could check for consistency, as I can with the information I have received, I was told that if I did not like the effects of any of the activations, I could always request that they be reversed. So far so good. 4) Meditate everyday. I thought this one was extremely obvious, as it is something I have been doing on and off for years, but apparently this really does mean to meditate every single day. I don't know if it is just the effects of meditation, or if it is because I am meditating daily in order to wake up, but there certainly seems to be a marked building of energy as I continue to ensure I do meditate every single day. 5) Love God. This is an interesting one, just because the statement seems to straight forward, yet depending on your definition / understanding of God, you might be doing and experiencing very different things from the next person. This, for me, is certainly not about loving a large grey bearded guy in a fluffy cloud who bestows love on you if you are good. For me, this is about loving the God that underlies everything and everyone. God is the essence of everything, so when I connect to "Loving God" I find
myself in a heightened sense of a sea of golden light, as if I am connecting to
the essence of everything. Just to clarify, this is not about loving everything
/ everyone (which could be construed as a manipulation or an attempt to subvert
free-will), it is about loving God, and, again for me, because of that, finding
myself connected to everything as a consequence. Thus the flow of energy then became two way; outwards as I Love the God in everything and inwards as I recognise the Love of God from everything. Beautiful. 6) Remember Yourself in Your Waking Moments. I thought this instruction might be included in the first step, but then realised that I had not actually been doing this; I have practiced and am practicing remembering myself constantly in meditation, but not in my "waking moments." I am not too sure how I will remind myself to awaken when awake, but am looking forward to finding out. 7) Acquire Knowledge through the application of information that reflects
truth as much as possible in your life. There are two reasons why the acquisition of knowledge as defined above is so important. Firstly, much of the true nature of our reality is not self-evident - reality is not as it seems to be. And therefore, simply for the purposes of expanding your awareness, acquiring knowledge about what you are aware of is essential. Secondly, it is only through the knowledge of how things truly are that our intentions become all they are cracked up to be. Creating an intention based on a narrowly defined awareness of what reality is, is no way as powerful as intention created from an awareness that encompasses much more of the true nature of reality.
* This is an experiment because it deals with obtaining information from a non-physical source. Because of its non-physical nature, this source could be my subconscious, my own wishful thinking, my egotistical desires to channel something really useful, some negative entity seeking to manipulate me and leady off my path, some devious entity providing me with initially useful information, only to provide me with disinformation further down the track. Or it could be a benevolent wise being called Jeshua who is answering my sincere question of what I can do to wake up. As a reader of this material, you also need to consider the possibility that I could be consciously making all of this up, for whatever reason. In any case, if you find any of information on this page useful, continue to use your discernment, just as I am doing. Just because the information initially may be beneficial, does not mean that any additional information will also be beneficial. As a side note, I do not have any further information on who Jeshua is, nor have I asked. One of the issues with dealing with a non-physical entity is to ensure you are communicating with the same one you obtained useful information from last time. So also be aware of this possibility: that Jeshua is providing good information, but that I may not always connect with him each time I go into meditation and ask the question, and therefore may bring back not such great information, because I thought I was chatting with Jeshua when I was not. |
