New Weekly Meditation Evening!
I am now holding a weekly meditation evening in Wonders of the World, Dee
Why. This class is for beginners to intermediates, and we cover a range of
different approaches to meditation and a range of techniques. The class is
only $10 and is held each Tuesday of the school term from 6:30 - 7:30
"Advanced" Meditation classes begin next 2009.

We are all on our own unique path of realisation. To progress along our

emotional or spiritual blockage, or simply gain clarity on some of the larger
